Yes. JS Staff is multi-company: each registered company has its own data, employees, settings, and timezone, fully separated from every other company.
Prorated means employees are paid for the actual time they worked, not per full shift. If someone starts mid-interval, they're paid only for the time they actually ran — to the second. This prevents the overpayment common in clock-in/clock-out systems.
If an interval passes without a check-in, the timer auto-stops (AFK auto-stop) and the un-checked time is not paid. Employees get a sound alert and a notification before the interval ends, giving them a chance to check in on time.
Yes. Logging in from a new device requires an email verification code (OTP), so a leaked password alone can't hijack an account. Sensitive actions like deleting an advance or adding balance require their own email code. Each company's data is fully isolated from others.
It's currently free. All features can be used at no cost during the early period, with no credit card and no contract. Any pricing changes will be announced well in advance.
Yes. JS Staff provides an API to send notifications to employees from other systems, and SSO ("Log in with JS Staff") so employees can sign in to other apps with their JS Staff account without sharing a password. Documentation is available right inside the portal.
